You will find listed here resources of different kinds: not everything will suit everyone. Please feel able to choose/try  whatever you may find helpful:

Book of Common Prayer services may be found at the following -

Here is the link for the daily meditation app for Centering Prayer – this is a helpful way to begin to have a daily meditation to fit the pattern of your day -

Lectio365 – this free app is a daily devotional resource that helps you encounter God and shape your life by praying the Bible every day. The readings and the prayers may be read and/or listened to.

Daily Prayer - this free app helps you follow  any of Morning, Evening and Night Prayer (Anglican Common Worship). It presents the three services in full with NRSV Bible readings for every day of the year.

Time to Pray - this free app  presents everything you need for Prayer During the Day, with variations according to the day of the week and the season of the Church’s year. You can use Prayer During the Day on its own, or alongside Night Prayer (also included) in a pattern of prayer at the beginning and end of each day.

If you are looking for a free reflection/meditation any day of the week, try the Franciscan Richard Rohr from the Center for Action and Contemplation:

If you are looking for a useful resource for reshaping your daily pattern of living in a way that fits with how your life is (traditionally called ”a Rule of Life”), try the Rule of life booklet from St Aldates Church in Oxford: this handbook is available to read on line or print off at -

BBC National and Local Radio, as well as TV – in addition to Radio 4’s Daily Service at 9:45 AM on weekday mornings (on longwave) and Sunday Worship at 8:10 AM, look out for additional services and religious programming during the current emergency, especially over Easter.
